FAQ

Those who want to export must have their cargos ready before the ship arrives and those who want to import must have the customs clearance documentation ready to disembark their cargo as soon as the ship arrives in order to leave the port quickly. We encourage what we call direct loading or unloading, i.e. as soon as the ship arrives, the client has the customs clearance documentation ready, trucks are close to the pier and we load the cargo from the ship directly to the customer's trucks. This allows for greater cargo rotation at the port and creates room for more ships to call the harbor.
The port does not have cranes and depends on the vessels equipment.
