Portos do Norte, S.A. recognised for its contribution to Mozambique’s development On 14 and 15 July, Portos do Norte, S.A. took part in the 21st Annual Private Sector Conference, organised by the Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique - CTA.

The 21st Conference comprised four components: - A high-level panel on public-private dialogue, chaired by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, focused on reform progress and priorities for the next cycle; - Investment promotion and bilateral partnership sessions involving governments, diplomatic missions, multilateral agencies, international investors and the national private sector; - Business rooms, B2B meetings and start-ups; - Thematic sessions for reflection and debate on structural issues affecting the private sector. Portos do Norte, S.A. was distinguished for its collaboration and contribution to the logistics sector.

The Minister of Economy, Basílio Muhate, presented the company with a certificate of recognition, also reinforcing its relevance in the market and private sector, as well as its contribution to the country’s economic and social development. By creating opportunities, strengthening the logistics chain and supporting sustainable growth in the northern region, Portos do Norte continues to establish itself as a strategic partner for Mozambique.
